Across from the beautiful Flowing Well Park, Wood Creek Drive winds along a tributary to the White River and opens to the 113 homes of residents of the Wood Creek Homeowners Association of Carmel, Indiana.

Community

Wood Creek is an affordable and family friendly association supporting a rich diversity of residents from all walks of life.

Courts

Wood Creek homeowners have access to a full tennis court with pickle ball markings and a full basketball court in a secured fenced-in area. Usage is a first-come, first-serve basis. Generally, the tennis court is available when the net is in place from March through October each year pending weather.

The board meets formally four times a year while taking care of business in an impromptu style every other day of the week!

Board members are voted into office during the regularly scheduled early fall meeting. Residents of Wood Creek are encouraged to serve on the board, on a subcommittee, or as a volunteer.
